The engine room
Below every exercise,
an engine is running.
Nothing here is filmed. A biomechanical model solves each frame — joints held to their natural range, planted hands and feet pinned by inverse kinematics — sixty times a second. What you watch is that machine, running honestly.
Surface, and try one →// the pipeline · one cat-cow frame, four stages
Watch dots become a person.
The same instant of the same movement, advancing on one shared clock — from raw solved coordinates to the figure you'd actually follow. Every stage is drawn live from the same pose data.
data→forward kinematics→pins / IK→render
// three skins, one truth
One solve, three ways to read it.
Illustrated body, 3D model, and clean lines are not three animations — they are three surfaces over the same engine output. Change the skin and the physics underneath never moves.
The muscle shading is a clinically authored estimate, not a measurement — a physiotherapist's map of what should be working, drawn onto the same skeleton.
// what keeps it honest
The machine checks itself.
These aren't marketing numbers. Every exercise is exported and re-run with no renderer at all, and rejected if the physics don't hold.
Every frame must pass: pins hold · nothing sinks below the floor · no self-intersection. If it fails, the movement doesn't ship.
Come up from the machine room.
Pick a movement and watch the engine do its work in the open.
