An interactive 3D render of the Bird Dog exercise appears here. It needs JavaScript. You can still open the real exercise.

drag to rotate

Rotate the exercise,
not your neck.

A video shows you one angle. A computed movement shows you any of them — grab it and turn.

Same data · four camera angles

One movement, seen from wherever you need it.

These four aren't renders of four different figures. They're the exact same bird dog frame, projected from the four camera views the player ships with — side, angle, front and top.

Why the third dimension earns its keep

The planted hand and knee don't drift — because contact is solved, not drawn.

Fysiio doesn't animate a figure and hope the limbs land right. A biomechanical model places the joints, and inverse kinematics pins whatever touches the floor. Spin the view and the contacts stay put.

  • Pins hold under rotation. The supporting hand and knee are computed contact points, so they read as planted from every angle — not just the one they were drawn for.
  • Depth is real. The extended arm reaches toward you or away from you as you orbit; near bones draw thicker and brighter, far ones recede.
  • It never leaves the device. No video files, no server — the same engine draws this hero, the thumbnails, the print handout and the social card.
contact points held by IK · extend phase

It's a movement you can pick up and hold.

Open the real bird dog and it does everything this one does — orbit, scrub, switch render style, change body proportions. All in the browser.
